We are currently recruiting for a part-time Dispenser (25-29hrs p/w) -  February 2020

We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual to join our Dispensary Team.

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year's experience working as a pharmacy dispenser.  The ideal candidate must hold a NVQ2 qualification in dispensing.  Someone who has experience using the SystmOne clinical computer system would be advantageous (but not essential) as training can be given.  Be able to provide an efficient and accurate dispensing service to patients and provide a responsive and friendly service for patients and visitors when working at all branches.  To work in accordance of written protocols.  To observe strict confidentiality on all matters relating to the practice and its patients.  To observe all requirements relating to CQC obligations and health and safety at work.  The ideal candidate will be required to work across all our branch sites, so own transport is essential.

We are currently recruiting for a Dispensing Supervisor -  25-29hrs p/w (based at our South Milford branch) -  February 2020

The role of Supervisor requires the successful candidate be qualified in Dispensing to NVQ2 level. Someone who has experience using the SystmOne clinical computer system would be advantageous (but not essential) as training can be given.  The ideal candidate will be required to supervise the dispensing team across all our branch sites, so own transport is essential.

As Supervisor you will support the Dispensing Manager in all aspects of Dispensing:

  • To supervise and train dispensary related activities across the team and ensure cross training and cover for holidays/sickness at all times.
  • To support the Dispensary Manager by leading the efficient delivery of the dispensing service by ensuring an effective and accurate service is provided by the disensary team.
  • To be involved with any changes/implementations to procedures within the team.
  • Monitoring and feedback to the Dispensary Manager of any concerns or issues within the team.
  • To drive towards inspiring positive thinking and innovative ideas amongst the team

We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Patient Services Administrator 23hrs p/w (based at our South Milford Branch)  -  February 2020

We are currently recruiting for a friendly, reliable and flexible individual to join our Patient Services Team.

The role involves working within a team and independently, assisting the Practice team to project a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors, both in person and via the telephone. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work under pressure as the role can be demanding.  Experience of working within a healthcare environment would be advantageous but not essential as training can be given.  Excellent customer service and organisational skills are required as is the need to be IT literate. Undertaking a variety of administrative duties to include:-

  • appointment making either by phone or in person;
  • processing, scanning and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail;
  • filing and retrieving paperwork;
  • dealing with clinical samples, blood forms, sick notes, prescriptions. 

The ideal candidate will be required to work across all our branch sites from time to time, so own transport is essential.  To work in accordance to written protocols. To observe strict confidentiality on all matters relating to the practice, staff and patients. To observe all requirements relating to CQC obligations and health and safety at work.
