With patients’ needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

The Medical Centre is open Monday to Friday and if you need to see your GP please call us on 01937 845854 or use the Online Patient Triage link below. Appointments are being delivered face-to-face and over the telephone. You can also call NHS 111.

Surgery Opening Hours

We are open Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00

Online Patient Triage

Online Patient Triage should only be used for routine enquiries – please do not use this for urgent matters. If your matter is urgent please call the surgery on 01937 845854 between 8am and 6pm or if you are seriously unwell call 111 or in an emergency call 999.


Please also be aware that if you are wanting to book an appointment with a GP or a Nurse, Online Patient Triage is for ROUTINE appointments ONLY.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Online services allow you to:

  • book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional 
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results
  • see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals
